On Mother’s Day weekend we saw two of the highlighted performances below (Roy Ronce, PhanieRae & Shawn Smitty Smith) at The 808 Room in East Peoria, and Strat & Strad in Washington at Tres Rojas Winery!

This was my first time out to Tres Rojas, and everything about it was fantastic. From the upscale but laidback decor inside, complete with two friendly pups wandering about, to the back patio and field outdoors where we listened to music, enjoyed a flight of wines, and ordered cheesecake from the food truck, it was a great atmosphere. I think every person we saw was smiling that day.

Strat & Strad were a treat, as usual, and a perfect combination with Tres Rojas for a Mother’s Day celebration.
