Peoria Music Scene Content Creators Wanted
… and how can it help you connect to your audience?
Peoria Music Live thrives on connecting artists with their audience and bringing the magic of live performances to fans. In an effort to keep PML going, I created The Green Room, a subscription service that gives members access to discounts at local businesses, a private Facebook group, giveaways, and exclusive content through the PML website.
We’ve had a bit of a false start when it comes to the exclusive content and that’s what I believe will push the subscription numbers the most. I’m looking for passionate musicians who are not only exceptional performers but also great storytellers and communicators to join the PML Exclusive Content Team.
While the following info is geared mostly towards musicians, I’m open to considering local live music related content of all kinds. Interviews, reviews, Peoria music history, or any other type of content you are interested in creating… feel free to use the form below to pitch me an idea.
What's in it for you?
Showcase Your Talent: You’ll be regularly featured on Peoria Music Live’s socials, letting your music reach a broader audience.
Connect with Fans: Create a deeper connection with your audience by sharing your thoughts, inspirations, and stories directly with them in the Green Room.
Get Paid: Cash (via PayPal or Venmo.) It’s not a lot to begin with, but I do believe there’s a market for this, giving me the opportunity to increase payment as subscribers increase.
Artists deserve to be paid for their work. To begin with, I’m only able to pay about $10 per 3-5 minute video, and I’m looking at 1 per week. I’m hoping to start with 5-8 artists of different types who want to be involved.
Bank Content: 60 days after the content you send us is published in The Green Room, you can use it yourself for whatever you’d like - your own YouTube channel or to upload to your other socials.
Small Batch Sessions is one of our creators already - they’ve been providing video clips for the Green Room that are updated weekly.

*Info on Videos:
Most videos should be 3-5 minutes, while some might be a bit longer.
Videos do not have to be trimmed and polished. If it shows you setting up and a false start or two and a fumble at the end - no worries. I’ll clean that up before posting.
It does need to be in horizontal, 16:9 format
While there is a bit more authenticity to videos recorded weekly, you could record and send multiple videos at one time once we get started as opposed to sending just one a week.
