Rehearsal & Confrence Space Rental Agreement

By renting this space from Peoria Music Live (PML) / Harmonize Peoria (HP), you are agreeing to the following statements:

  • I will arrive and leave at the times specified for my band in the invoice and on the Room Rental Calendar, parking only in the PML lot (via the driveway on the south side of building), on the street, or to the North.
    I will not park in the lot to the South of the building.

  • I will not take anything out of the room that I did not bring in.

  • I understand drinks and coolers are permitted, as long as I throw the trash away in the kitchen when I’m finished.

  • I understand I can use the kitchen in the basement and the restrooms that are on the main floor, but I will not use any of the other rooms in the building without written permission, and I will pick up after myself in any room I do use.

  • I will not allow other people to join me at the building. If someone does join me, I will be solely responsible for their actions and any costs associated with having them here.

  • I will take all of my items with me, both from the rented room and outside the building. I will throw the trash away in available trash cans.

  • I will not disconnect or otherwise block any of the security cameras in the building.

  • If I leave anything on the premises, I am still fully responsible for the item until I return to pick it up, not PML or HP.

  • I am responsible for any damages caused to the building or equipment. If anything belonging to PML or HP is damaged or broken during the time I am renting the space, I will immediately take a picture of the damage and let Kindall know via text 309-265-0144.

    • I understand that if I do this, Kindall will work with me to repair/replace the items as inexpensively as possible (within reason.)

    • If I do not do this and damage is found later, Kindall will have the damage repaired/item replaced and I will be billed for those charges.

  • I understand there is no smoking of any kind in the building.

  • I will make sure the outside door is locked when I leave.

  • I understand that this is a private establishment and the owner(s) have the right to refuse future rentals for any reason.

There is a link to this page on all invoices we send out, as well as on the rental request page. Rental of any space from PML is an agreement to these terms.
