Rentable Space From PML
PML rents a variety of spaces to individuals, ensembles, and groups seeking a place to meet, teach, practice, rehearse, and perform. We offer rooms to accommodate up to 20 people with specialized set-up available per request. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours notice to request meeting or practice space.

Perfect for the full-band practice. Drums, mics, PA, amps, and bar stools provided. If you need anything else, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
$5/hr/person off-peak hours (Min $10/hr)

Acoustic Practice Room
8’ x 10’ Room with Piano
Perfect for one or two people, whether you are collaborating on a project, giving lessons, or getting some practice time in.
$6/hr during off-peak hours
$8/hr during peak hours
PML Studio
Comfortable as a “green room” for up to 5-6 people. The perfect retro space for meet & greets, live streaming, content creation, and small gatherings.
Includes workspace/desk, food/kitchenette space, multiple sitting areas to relax, watch TV, and Wi-Fi. Restrooms and washer/dryer access are also available.
Rates are negotiable, depending on uses and needs.

15’ x 15’ area for band practice
Includes no equipment or temp controls except an industrial fan.
Has electricity and some sound treatments on walls and floor.
Users will need to be mindful of our neighbors.
We didn’t originally intend to rent this space, but I’m willing to try it out to give more people space to practice.
$15/hr flat fee (Red on calendar below)
Peak hours 5pm-midnight M-F and all day SAT & SUN

Check Availability of the room you’d like on the calendar. The key above the calendar shows which color represents each room. If there is not a “busy” block at the time you are requesting, it’s available.
Use the form at the bottom of the page or email scheduling@peoriamusiclive.com with the request, including the number of people who will be in the room or any other important details.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice. Payment is due to reserve the room. You will also see that the time you requested has been blocked off so others do not attempt to schedule the same time.
