Peoria Music Fans! This is an opportunity you do not want to miss!
99.9 WWCT is holding their 2nd Annual Request-a-thon this Friday (December 10th) to raise money for the Heller Center for Kids with Cancer. During this Request-a-thon people can make a donation to the Heller Center via WWCT and request for any song, in any genre, including originals! That’s where we come in!
These songs have been submitted and the request form is up! Below you will find the artist/band names (listed in alphabetical order) and the one song each submitted.

Don’t forget, this isn’t about asking the artists to donate to the cause. They have done their part by getting their music submitted. We need fans of local music to show how much we love hearing our musicians on the radio!
Our Goals (In No Particular Order):
1. Raise money for the Heller Center
2. Expose more of Peoria to some of your favorite local musicians
3. Work towards getting more local artists/programming on 99.9 WWCT over time
(We’re not trying to take over the station.)
Request-a-thon to Benefit Heller Center for Kids with Cancer Info from 99.9 WWCT:
Request any song you’d like to hear!
Rik and Roxy will play nothing but requests on Friday, December 10th between 6am and 6pm! And all it’ll cost you is a donation to the Heller Center. It’s $20 for one song, and $50 for three songs.
Please Note…We’ll make every effort to play every request we get. But for a number of reasons, we may not be able to accommodate all of them. If for some reason we can’t get to yours, please remember that this is to raise funds for the Heller Center.
