In a couple of weeks Peoria Music Live will start its second year supporting the Peoria area music scene. We have a lot of exciting things in the works and you'll start seeing them soon!
To begin with, if you check out our website, you will see two new menu options... "Venues" and "Partners."

Venues
It's our goal to list every single music venue in the Peoria area on our page. It's free to be listed and the link to the form to be added is on the "All Venues" page. Venues listed here will be linked to their Facebook or website page.
Venues who choose to support Peoria Music Live directly will be featured on the "Supporting Venues" page. Their logos are clickable and will take you to another page with detailed information about the venue. The two venues there right now (Kenny's Westside Pub & Office on Main) were sponsors of our Mardi Gras in May stage earlier this year, earning them an early spot on the Supporting Venues page.
While we give these away free to artists and venues, if you see them in a business it most likely means they have joined Peoria Music Live as a partner in supporting Peoria's music scene!
Partners
Not every business can be a music venue... but many business owners love and support live local music. Now you'll be able to find those businesses on our Partners page.
You'll see us mention and thank these partners from time to time on social media and in blog posts. We'll also encourage you to like their social media pages and spend your money with them when you shop.
We LOVE shopping local whenever possible because it is great for the community, but when you shop with our partners you are taking #shoplocal a step further and supporting live local music.
Don't worry, we promise not to bombard you with ads. PML is all about the music and we want to be able to sustain ourselves for a long time to come! We are going to give the local economy a boost, and we are doing it by encouraging others to support local musicians, venues, and small businesses who support them as well!
Peoria has so many amazing original artists. I love that PML gives more people the opportunity to discover them!
Fan of the Week
Starting in September we are going to have a weekly blog post called "Fan of the Week." We want to get to know those of you who love music in the area, which bands and artists you love, your favorite venues, and more.
We'll let you know how to sign up for a chance to be chosen as fan of the week soon!
